VERY OT -- Thanks for that post. Although I don't see that it's material to XYBR, I suppose that you are alluding to the theory of guilt by twice removed association?

It's sort of like an analyst being guilty because someone with whom he used to associate is in the slammer. No, I take that back. It's like saying to do the opposite of the analyst because someone with whom he used to associate or share information with is employed by someone who is in the slammer?

I'm still learning this game. BTW -- since you are such a clever truthseeker, can you tell me why a company in chapter 11 which announced that the shares are being cancelled still trades and actually goes up on big volume. Check out LOEHQ. I traded it briefly but got out when I read the plan. Yet it is much higher today than when I sold.
