I agree with you. Patience is needed here. Stake your positions, and then let the market take its course. As long as the tech stock earnings season is reasonable, Palm will work its way up to around its $38 IPO price, and COMSv will rise to $15-$20, giving us COMS in the $70's sometime around 7/27. We could get a boost after the 7/11 record date, and the availability of COMSv and PALMv for trading could well start to close out the arb activity.

And if the near term COMS call options open interest starts mushrooming (as it did pre-IPO), the options MM's will be forced to buy COMS to hedge their positions, and we could easily get some exponential activity around 7/27 that would push COMS (temporarily) well above its fair $70's level.
