Only my opinion,

But DSL's are taking a bath (i.e., Covad), which doesn't bode well for Prism. CDO's net holdings (in terms of the tracking stock) have taken a bath. As well as cmgi, icge, and sfe. I did see a 144 for quite a few shares sold by CDO of their Virata holdings (to add 1 plus for the company).

In summary, I don't see anything holding this stock up from hitting the $17-$18 figure - barring any new news, or any significant stock buyback.

But what do I know - I liked Richard Nixon.

Hi Mike & all - I was on vacation and didn't watch too closely about the market. And yikes, CDO is falling apart here. I ve been averaging up and down and currently already overweighing in CDO. However, I am going to hold and see what is happening here. If the current situation is COVD induced, I am not too worried. Quite on the contrary, considering COVD is causing grief to its resellers, like Earthlink, I think it may actually be beneficial to PRISM.

That said, I am worried that we the outsiders are the last to know! My original shares are right around here, and if memory serves, it is a support level. So, technically, the stock is sort of at a critical point.

best, Bosco
