That is the consensus, but not what Qcom or any company is saying. We could call it the majority analyst opinion, but not Snyder's who is out on a limb. Also, I'd break it out by cdma one and and cdma-2000 vs ALL other variants that require qcom's ipr.<p><br>
Keep in mind that ERICY and MOT appear to have agreed to this.<p>
So why do we suffer when it appears Qcom will get royalties on nearly every phone? It is completely obvious to me that it is because NOK hasn't signed. Period. I don't think this is complicated, I think the bullshit is blinding.

Oh, 3-g royalties. I don't know why you are pushing it out so far. 2002 for sure, imho
