ROFL! You seem awful touchy for someone not concerned about prosecution in a court of law. But, no matter, I never threatened to prosecute anyone. I wouldn't dream of clogging the court up with so inconsequential a matter. Imagine suing someone because they are a sore loser in an argument. That would be even more stupid and petty than reporting a lawyer for unauthorized practice of law to the dreaded ABA. hahahahahahahahahahahaha JLA

I am not an attorney, in any way, shape, or form, and I am content not to be. But even I know that Malicious Prosecution requires that one be a prosecutor arguably abusing his right to bring charges........
