I am afraid I will have to disagree with you. I can see no merit to any claim. It was peer review, albeit rather harsh. Your failure to correctly apply legal principles while holding yourself as an attorney invited that kind of critisism. You are right, filing a claim would be a huge waste of time. If you could possibly get past a motion to dismiss and the venue problems you could never win. And, you would be counter-sued. So, there really is no way either of us could come out a winner. As for trembling, PLEASE. Like I said before, BRING IT ON.
