So this is all about how much royalties China and Korea wants to pay to Qualcomm. Anyone got some idea of the %s being negotiated to date? Would the Koreans pay less royalties on WCDMA?

Sure would be interesting to see if the Korean Telecoms are in some negotiations with QCOM right now or are planning some real soon regarding 3G. Would explain timing of these news releases. Maybe LEAP should start making plans to enter the Korean market. Call their bluff. <gg>
