Q PR has to learn to counter "spin". Spin works by repeating falsehoods many times until it becomes repeated as gospel. Very disappointed by lack of response out of Q while market is open.

What can be said now that hasn't been said in the June 8, 2000 press release?

How do you expect the Q to comment? "No way. Korea is not going WCDMA, yada, yada, yada" Not only would it be disrespectful to a government agency that will make the call, it is absolutely not necessary.

The Q has made it clear: Users will play for all flavors of CDMA at the same rate. What else can be said?

The only ones who are concerned are the ones who don't understand the future of the wireless world. Don't expect the Q's IR dep't to hold your collective hands.

Get a grip. Be cool. Everything's OK, and on track.
