WSTL +29.48% from June 30 watch list soaring probably a gapper. SCMR from same list up 15%.. You can get buy using last 1-4 days of watch list and just reassess the stocks that haven't moved up the first day(s). Watching 40 stocks is infinitely easier than scanning 200 to 8,000 stocks for breakouts. That would be the most you'd ever need. Mostly you can get by with just 20.
