Bryan, Thanks for the additional clarifications. To contribute to the "Think Tank" that this thread was supposed to be, has SI considered creating a user panel of say, a dozen or so users of various types and backgrounds to use as a sort of recurring focus group? You could have such a group meet virtually via moderated chat sessions on a regular basis. Just a thought .... MD

Bryan, I'm experiencing a bug in the Ignore feature. I'll use the following example in describing it: Message No. Ignored / Not Ignored ----------- --------------------- 101 Not Ignored 102 Not Ignored 103 Ignored 104 Not Ignored 105 Ignored In other words, I have the posters for Message Nos. 103 and 105 on Ignore. If I first click on 101 and then click "View Next 10 Messages", both 103 and 105 appear. If I first click on 102 and then click "View Next 10 Messages", 103 is ignored but 105 appears. TIA for getting this situation corrected. Justin
