There was not a "failure to grasp", I have never heard the term employed outside of allegations about a district attorney, and therefore was simply unaware that it was applicable to civil actions. It was an ordinary error, although I am chagrined. I do know something about the ordinary usage of the term "felon", and I think that JLA is covered on that score, since he was expressing an opinion about someone's guilt as a private individual. Even were he mistaken, I think that the accusations you made were overblown and distasteful.........
