Hi Sam,
Welcome to the thread.

My feeling on the issue is that the stock has been held down so that the pros can accumulate at the lower price as well as to cover any existing short positions that they might have been caught in on the gap up on the lawsuit news.

I should warn you though that I am one of those nutball conspiracy theorists that believes that the big boys and MMs manipulate the market.
