The only useless stuff I've seen on the thread is all the predictions of $200 share price, 1.5GHz T-Birds, and Dell deals.

I beg to differ. I have found the wilder speculations some of the more engaging contributions.

We could start a discussion on who we think they should throw off.

Crazyoldman has to be in the running for propagating the
rumor about Nokia buying AMD. (And you thought that Dell buying a few AMD chips was funny.)

Perhaps Mani should be a candidate too, for the crime of starting a breakaway thread in the first place? But does the software support a moderator banishing themselves?

I've come to see this new thread as a good thing. The AMDroid whiners can now go hide in safety, knowing full well that Mani will protect them from any hint of dissention. NiceGuy will proclaim that AMD is taking off for the moon, probably this afternoon, only to disappear again when the stock tanks, and anyone who should question things will be labeled a troublemaker and banished by the all seeing, all knowing, all powerful Mani. Albert will no longer fear that his BS will be exposed and perhaps even Fuchi will come back. A steady diet of AMD "feel good" news will be enjoyed by all! Good riddance I say.

Anyone who has the courage to face cross examination and questioning of their dogma is welcome to stay.

But if AMD starts selling 1.5ghz T-birds to Dell soon $200/share might be low <g>
