"I believe COHU management is trustworthy."

Interesting statement to make given recent events:

1) Large insider sales near 52 week high.
2) Nearly a 67% decline in market cap and no word from mgt.
3) Conference calls with analyst but no word to us.

Trustworthy is not the word I would use to describe my feeling towards management at this time. I do not expect or want management to comment on every move in the stock price. But after the drop we have seen I must ask the question how much is enough. Is it really too much to expect a little guidance from management given recent events. Oh yes, I forgot, they told the analysts what is going on .... and these guys are getting ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS out of the stock before they adjust their estimates for what they have learned from their talks with management.

Meanwhile the TRUE believes of the company and supporters of the stock are left to eat dirt.

Investing in any stock requires trust in management. When investing in small cap stocks, this trust is even more important. I have invested in COHU over the years with a good deal of success. Never had a reason to distrust or even question management. But after the past few months ????

I know that management reads these postings and can only wonder what is being said about the overwhelming negative feelings being expressed. Sure, many people bitch when they loss a little money in the market and many cooler heads will write me off as just another bitcher. But I have not gotten where I am today without learning a lot about this game we call investing.

Regardless of what is really happening, the way COHU has handled its shareholders is totally unacceptable. I for one have now decided to try for an exit with at least the shirt I started with. After that I will not look back and one more former believer will be on to other adventures.

Just think Bob, no more ranting from that nutty guy in NJ!
