A: i don't short

B: the current critical concern of the market is profits. i see all indications that AFCI's profit picture is at the start of a long term upward slope. i liked the Marconi settlement that took a court case and turned it into market share and guaranteed sales for years to come. i see that as a win-win for both companies. took our enemy and made him our friend. we are holding a very large amount of cash for a company our size. i liked the collar of the CSCO shares. they don't need more money. they need to be sure they keep plenty to accomplish what they need to. there is a potential take over by one of the big names. who ever would have to pay a reasonable premium. there is a tie in to TLAB that is considered to be under valued. i take that as an indication the TLAB income will increase. AFCI is in a hot sector. the product line is geared at the rural application. this area has barely started building out in the US let alone the rest of the world. the size of the rural market is much larger than the urban. the CEO's hobby is flying fighter planes.

i thought i would be easy on you and let you list the reasons AFCI may go down.
