Terry, I skimmed through the entire report. Although the report had an emotionally biased "we must end capital punishment" slant to it. What I found remarkable was they were unable to find one instance where an innocent person was put to death. So where are these "many" innocent people who have been put to death anyway? By the way, the report read like an undergraduates poor attempt at a dissertation. If it was indeed put together and endorsed by Columbia Law School, my respect for their institution has shrank immensely. Michael
