Maurice, fuel cell technology is here to stay. Thanks to the government tinkering with what not broke and deregulating the utilities, the US is going to face down the road power shortages and higher cost. Enter fuel cells from PLUG and FCEL, which can power office building and factories, plus any excess capacity back into the grid. Nuke plants in the US are aging and regular plants are burning fossil fuels. So is this beast that you are talking about. Interesting product and interesting company, but it still relies on fossil fuels. BTW, don't tell victims of TWA 800 about how "non" volatile jet fuel is enlight of the official cause of the accident is an empty fuel tank exploding caused by a spark. JP-4 maybe less volatile than gasoline, but it still volatile, otherwise pilots won't dump it or burn it off prior to an emergency landing.
