I agree no definitive statement has been made by the Korean government -- yet. Woe to Q if the government 1) allows the awarded companies to choose their own technology WCDMA (vs CDMA2000. 2). If the companies choose WCDMA IMHO the whole of Asia (Japan, China etc) will go that way). Granted Q receives royalties no matter - but the % will be reduced. A lot of political wrangling going on in that region - Dr. J has to convince the Korean government to put the pressure on at least 1 company to go CDMA2000.
