let's hold that thought for a moment. i'm not sure what to make of what you've told me just yet. in addition, right-clicking usually will only produce a menu of choices, not open the item. makes me wonder if you're not inadvertently double-clicking. be that as it may.... please answer this question. i asked a couple days ago if you'd searched per tc's suggestion, but did not hear back. tc's post to which i referred is #reply-13999220. it is a good tip.

hi doug, okay, back to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA.EXE" -s and Tsystray. in case you aren't already doing this, when you locate a file in 'find' (like the two above), if you right-click the file name, then select 'properties', you'll discover more info on what the heck the file is or does. often there is also a 'version' tab too that you can click on that helps shed more light on things. i have both files mentioned above on my pc. 'tsystray' appears to be a realnetworks, realjukebox app. "osa.exe' is called a ms office wrapper. don't ask. <g> so those two files do not appear to me to be monkey screen savers. hope this helps :) mark
