ratan: What you need to do tomorrow morning is: 1. eliminate all margin 2. stop looking at the stock prices 3. continue following the companies, and 4. hold as long as the fundamental story is intact. You had some very bad luck in timing, combined with inattention to valuation levels (you and everyone else). If you are that close to a margin call, you want to act now, or you will end up having a margin call you can't cover on the exact day the stock bottoms. Do whatever is necessary so that doesn't happen.
