This Bloomberg interview is very good about clearing up some of the misinformation - mainly that Korea is still forging ahead with a 1X upgrade this fall in the existing spectrum, and not abandoning QCOM's technology at all, at least for 2G and 2.5G. That misinformation, which has been repeated over and over in the media, was responsible for most of QCOM's decline yesterday, IMHO.

However, unless Dr. Jacob's comments in the interview are released by Bloomberg in writing or on CNBC, few will hear them. I did hear the interviewer typing on a keyboard as IJ was talking, so maybe he's preparing a press release. I just hope that he doesn't try to put a negative spin on the interview.
