I do not think that is correct. Intel has not given any specific date for the P4 (Willamete). The July 31st is the date for announcement of Coppermine 1.133 GHz.

Considering that P4 has a bigger die size than Coppermine, Intel will wait till Q1 2001 to ramp the volume, and not the seasonally strong Q4.
