Imagine a billion Chinese programmers working to extend Linux. <

Charles,
From my experience with Red China, whatever yours are theirs and whatever theirs are theirs. Don't expect anything from Red Chineses to extend Linux. If Microsoft were Red Chinese company, people like you and Cheryl would be trialed and shot for counter-revolutionary and crime against the people, so don't rush too quick to cheer for China.

Mike

CT: Yeah imagine- MASS CONFUSION. This is a nation that has never been able to organize itself. And you think these guys are going to be led and organized by Torvald. Dream on. What China needs is the stability and control that is inherent in W2K and the MSFT products that are the benchmark throughout the world. But hey if you think this is the wave of the future then buy a ton of Red Hat. Buy something so you can qualify as a Silicon "INVESTOR". JFD
