Yes, they are ongoing, i.e., they will not be paid all at once and more licensees will continue to be signed up. But, they are licensing fees, not royalties. Licensing fees are one-time fees. No point in arguing with me about this, the information I provided is accurate. Whether you choose to believe me or not is your business. I'm only interested in figuring out (1) why they're doing this, and (2) how to value the company in light of it.
