Dude...the revenues didn't fall. It was a result of the handset division sale.

Revenues falls ending late March would be associated with closing of the handset business sale to Kyocera Feb 18. Handsets were a large part of revenues with little or no margins. Margins should improve again this QTR. IMO the positive effects of the handset division sale might be underestimated for a nice surprise.
