Return to sender. The fact that Revenues has declined 1% is meaningless because it compares Qcom without its two bigest revenue producing units. If you consider the fact that Revenues were flat with that consideration it exemplifies HUGE revenue growth in chipset, and IPR sales. The Korean PR is nothing more then posturing. The Koreans will use the technology most compatible with their existing IS95 network.
That system will utilize The Cdma2000 chiprate and sychronization. If they want to call it WCDMA its fine with me. The fact is even if they didnt Qcom gets equall royalties anyway.
