Nothing to do with the lockup--just the general valuation. Barrons' article pointed out that the market cap equals 20% of the entire donut market in the US. Starbucks is indeed a good analogy or comparable to use. What % of the coffee market does Starbucks have, and what are the comparable valuation metrics? Coffee would be bigger market than donuts. But the two share similarities. My guess, without having done the numbers, is that it would be hard to justify KREM value even using Starbucks as a benchmark. But I would be interested in seeing how the numbers came out.
