Agreed in the server market. I expect SDRAM to be dominant there for some time, purely due to the importance of high RAM capacity which RDRAM and seemingly DDR RAM cannot offer.

There will be a need for RDRAM with P4 systems. You have correctly pointed out a few times that today's processors cannot make use of the bandwidth available from RDRAM. P4 does not suffer from those same limitations.
