Valueman, if I had to guess, I would say that the plaintiffs line represents the consolidation of several of the purported classes in the employees suits against Qualcomm arising from the sale of infra or handset. Note the references to "those similarly situated" and to "class". It appears as though Q has succeeded in placing before the court a motion for removal to Federal courts, if not actually in the removal itself.

I may be constructing memory after the fact, but I believe Heller Ehrman White and McAuliffe was the lead counel in the employees action, before enlisting some of the (other) national class action firms.
