There has been a long standing pattern of behavior by CNBC and Dow Jones, among others, of making reporting errors and not reporting our companies side of the issues. The best recent example is the W-cdma issue. Inaccurate stories were run again and again, stating W-cdma did not use Qcom's technology, and that its use would be harmful to the company when with very little effort, research would show that QUALCOMM cuurently has contracts with the likes of Mot, Ericy and Kyo which on a more probable than not basis, clarify that W-cdma uses QCOM ipr and that they will receive significant royalties from this technology. Furthermore, when the ceo/chairman made clarifying statements, the media companies didn't report these comments. Many of you know we have hundreds of examples over the years. Others will think this is crazy or stupid but if you consider that you are a partial owner of this company, and our business position is being misrepresented over and over again, you may change your mind. The repeated errors, and then not retracting, and not making reasonable efforts to get the stories right and get QUALCOMM's side are the main issue. We hire an exceptional counsel and we hire a pr team to help in our goal of simply clarifying QUALCOMM's position. If the media can't get the story right because it is too complex for the sound bite, than they should think twice about reporting it at all. I know we have millions of shares represented here. Is there any interest or is it an impossible task? Gene
