Doug, sounds like you have a lawyer. You also sound like perhaps your lawyer said to you that you can't talk about the case while you are in the action of suing. Hmmm.... You're correct on me having no time for the lawyer-GoodLuck! I wait to hear from the majority to agree and not before. There are 3200 shareholders who might feel like they have no choice, so don't worry if you fail in court because time is all we do have and eventually.........;-o
