The other suggestions in the post are equally well thought out -g-.

Allan thank you for previewing my post. However I am not scared of Qcom droping from 130-55 because I sold my entire position(at 138) and am net short the market. I have been since febuary. Though I still think Qcom is a fine investement, and plan on buying a litlle at these prices the point I was making was that the people buying Qcom need to have a long term view. Why you fealt like taking my post out of context is beyond me, and your behavior dignifies your lack of comprehension. Frankly with Qcom selling at 40 Times 2001 earnings, its hardly the poster boy for overvalued stocks anymore. Maybee you thought you were on the BRCM thread?

Allan, Re Qualcomm

Interesting. I got a charge out of the post you pointed to. The person was talking about honest management. I know one of the fellows that heads up Qualcomm as he is a Minneapolis "boy". They should look into his history and notice what he has done in the past with his game.

I have looked at Qualcomm and I can not come up with a fair value for the company. Have you? But it is my opinion that in the future we will need non royalty standards to have the most efficient pricing for the technology. How long in the future I do not know.
