You can't win a suit against the media for this type of action. You have a Korean newspaper making quotes. Several analysts, a Korean company spokesperson. CNBC was Legally justified in making the comments it did. IMO There is no theory of law that would allow the suit to go forward and there is the chance you could be counter-sued for filing a frivolous lawsuit. I am as pissed as you. But, the only entity that can correct all the FUD is QCOM and it apparently does not wish to do so is a clear and convincing manner at this present time.
