You argue that it is alright to maintain a system that executes innocent victims to save other possible victims if convicted murderers are let loose.

So in essence you sanction institutionalized murder of innocents by the State because unknown innocents may be murdered at some undetermined future time.

Your argument is not A=A, but A=anything as long as it feels emotionally comfortable to you.
