I understand that DIGL is providing all of the DWDM testing equipment for Battlefield Earth. Har har.

Is anyone else concerned that Zwan owns such a high percentage of this company? If the SEC wanted him removed from the day to day activities of the company, why didn't they force him to divest his interest to a degree?

I like their market position, I like their earnings, but I am a bit nervous about this Zwan character.
