But doesn't the demise of free ISPs guarantee a supply
of almost new routers at deep discounts?

Doesn't the advertising hit from the loss of VC funds
also ripple down to their customers?

I think there is an impact that will chill the entire
internet economy until the next great new growth engine
is developed.

The Demand For Anything Decreases as The Price Increases

Particularly when the increase is from free.

Many of those users were using multiple free ISPs. Probably many of those referrals to Juno were already using Juno's free basic service.
