hi jw, that 'new boston software' site has some low prices. the question always arises (as with ebay), are they fully registerable versions? are there manuals? and the question i always hear, are they pirated, which i take to mean produced by someone other than symantec. you ought to be able to do better than $500 after rebate. my local costco is $35 after rebate. great to hear that the software is working well for you. obviously, it's not for all people and all machines... this thread is evidence of that. even though there are many here who swear by norton tools, i always appreciate the posts from those who feel differently. we need all the input we can get, imo! good to hear from you, jw :) mark
