Hi Dave,

Responding to both your reply 374 and our little PM volley, I see that you are as underwhelmed as I with the clarity of TB's claims in their Patent papers. I'm not obsessed with this, by any means, but I would like to characterize their technology a little more clearly than we have thus far. So, I'll look at it more closely when I find a printer with paper in it (there are entirely too many cross-references between diagrams and text to handle with multiple windows... sometimes you can't beat paper), and get some other opinions over the next couple of days while I'm at it. In the meantime, two things:

First, I'd greatly appreciate hearing from others here in SI who have a better handle on TB's claims and what they actually intend to do in the areas of contention and dedicated bandwidth delivery.

Secondly, for the moment I'll retract my previous statement about their grouping of 24, or some multiple thereof, user accounts into contention zones until I get more information that I can use to either substantiate that view, or refute it.
