You are dead on. There is an entire IT warfare department
in the Pentagon. They cut these hackers loose on the
nation of Yugoslavia during the war. It seems though,
that they are not the best hackers around since they did
not even shut down the Serbian News Agency "Tajung" for
even a day. NATO still had to resort to cruise missiles
to take out the Serbian news media.
