Are you referring to the same type of situation that the Alcatel shorts recently found themselves in?

I noticed your posts on the Scambus board this morning. Forget about trying to argue with jim kelley. I recently got into it with him and pointed out how he was violating SEC laws by posting blatent lies. The result was the whole RMBS board has me on ignore now. These guys don't want to face the truth about RMBS.

I find it ironic you are shorting RMBS after this post to me. The smart money is short RMBS, the problem is there's too much of it. IMHO, the only way to play RMBS is with a straddle.

>>>Does anyone know where to get up to date short information on individual stocks?<<<<

You can't. Any information you'll find is going to be at least a month old. The reason? The big brokerages keep the daily short information secret, because it is the biggest weapon they use to target short squeezes in a particular stock. Low float? Big short position? Just buy a million shares of XYZ.COM and the stock will double. Repeat and rinse if desired.

There's no way in hell they'll ever give up this lucrative information in anything other than a 30 day delayed manner.
