Mario fellow ATMLite,

I took the comment to mean the same thing. Anyone who has been around this for awhile will see what he was saying, "been there, done it, did it. No news." IMHO

Mario, you interpreted it right. I just took offense to the EMC guy calling Compaq and IBM "two struggling server vendors." Why pi** someone off when you don't have to. Anyway, IBM makes billions of dollars in profits per quarter, and Compaq is the world leader in the fastest growing server segment. I don't call that struggling. It just brings in animosity that isn't necessary. Stay with storage, which EMC is almost in entirety, and compare storage product to storage product, like JDN said.
