This completely eliminates any hope of Unicom and IS95 IMO. I had been skeptical not seeing Unicom GSM infrastructure deals. I see this as very negative near term.IMO

Motorola issues correction

Motorola (MOT: news, msgs) issued a statement saying that the earlier announcement regarding the signing of multiple
contracts to expand China Unicom's (CHU: news, msgs) GSM network was issued in error (see 1:32 item). The company
clarified that, "Currently, the contracts are awaiting signature."
