Eric, You are the SSTI expert here.

Who is manufacturing the high density flash for storage applications for their CompactFlash cards and what is the source of any information that addresses this question.

We have been trying for weeks to figure this out.

Ausdauer

Eric,

SSTI recently (around May 2000) developed and patented a new process technology which leads to a 40 percent reduction in the size of the SuperFlash® cell.

That's amazing! Got links?

Also, I second Ausdauer's question: what size chips are they putting in their largest capacity CF cards (96MB) and where are they getting them from?
