CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2000--Digital Lightwave(R), Inc. The Russell 3000 Index measures the performance of the 3000 largest U.S. stocks based on total market capitalization. Membership in Russell's 21 U.S. equity indexes, which are widely used as benchmarks for both passive and active investment strategies, is determined strictly by market capitalization rankings and style attributes, rather than by subjective opinion or committee decisions. Following is the 5pt P&F chart for DIGL. If it hits $110, it
will have one of the more bullish patterns that I follow.
With the attention that the optical space is getting right
now, I would be reluctant to short anything that is
considered an optical play. DIGL already has a strong P&F
buy signal.

Current P&F price objective is $190...of course, market
conditions could negate all bullish price objectives.
