It's becoming more and more obvious that the funding is reliant upon the financials. and with the financials delayed another 2-4 weeks before SEC approval, I would think we could all take a nice nap.

The drill results, due to weather, don't look like they will even be that close and if that's what's holding up the funding or a combination aof the financials and the drill results, we could all go into hibernation along with the company, although I think we'd stand a better chance of coming out of it.

And of all the potential JV partners with whom Medinah supposedly held talks not one has stepped forward to fund "the most prospective gold property in South America". Not one. Doesn't that seem odd to you?
