But why would Brinker go to all the trouble of publishing his own summaries? Isn't competition wonderful! Bob should have been doing this long ago for those of us who don't choose to spend 3 hours a week (or is it really 6?) listening to every word. I've enjoyed listening to Bob many years when I have the time, but frankly I don't choose to spend 3 hours a week doing so. Maybe a little competition caused Bob (or ABC) to improve his customer service which is a benefit to all!
