SMCIA is not Nasdaq, it's BB, and I believe the already announced r/s is 1:30 isn't it?

A min bid price of 4.00 (Nasdaq Small Cap) and 5.00 (Nasdaq National Market) is required, among other things, before the stock can be approved for listing.
