Bill, thanks for the link. Can you or anyone explain why the author said "The real risk is that ENTRUST is encountering difficulty in converting customers from the initial pilot stage........ to full-scale". Does such a difficulty actually exist? Any responses will be appreciated. This stock is soooo tempting. Thanks, YT

(Nasdaq: RSAS chart, msgs) today announced that it has increased the number of authorized shares of RSA Security common stock from 150,000,000 to 300,000,000 shares. The company's stockholders approved the increase at a special meeting of stockholders held July 5, 2000. The company sought the increase to provide it with the flexibility to issue shares of common stock in connection with potential future acquisitions; maintain a reasonable stock price with future stock splits and stock dividends; sell stock to obtain additional capital funds and purchase property; and for various equity compensation and other employee benefit plans.
