Thread, Could this be our Paul Engel?

From: quabbin.com

On November 10, 1996, Quabbin Wire & Cable Co., Inc. celebrated the company's successful ISO 9001 registration audit. The company received BVQI (NA) ISO 9001 certification for the design and manufacture of shielded and unshielded electrical and electronic cables.

Quabbin Wire & Cable began its journey to ISO 9001 certification about two years ago. While "ISO" was new to the company, its philosophy was not. Quality has always been a Quabbin Wire & Cable hallmark. Paul Engel, president of Quabbin Wire & Cable, noted that "Quabbin Wire's 9001 certification is a tribute to employees' dedication and effort to implement systems that will help us remain a strong and viable company in today's world economy."

ISO 9001 is a quality management standard. It focuses on achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring that requirements for quality from design through delivery are consistently met. The standard also requires companies to conduct internal quality audits and executive management reviews of the quality system to ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness.

Quabbin Wire & Cable designs and manufactures a wide variety of shielded and unshielded electrical and electronic cables that meet or exceed industry standards. The company's product range consists of two categories: the newer DataMax® local area network (LAN) products and the standard "core" products, which include such applications as security, alarm, control/instrumentation, low capacitance, computer peripheral, audio and power limited tray cables.

Quabbin Wire & Cable Co., Inc. is a privately held corporation founded by Paul Engel. The company is located in Ware, Massachusetts and is represented by over twenty manufacturing representative organizations.

Cirruslvr,

<I was expecting 1.1GHz at Thunderbird's launch. Now I'm expecting some time this month because of Intel's 1.13GHz. >

Correction: Intel's non-existant 1.13s (while even the 1G shipments have not begun in earnest) are driven by AMD's MHz ramp.

I am sorry to say this but it looks like Paul's asinine logic is rubbing off on the thread.
