Anyone desiring to understand the mind of the DOJ should consult the ten craziest people in the nearest madhouse. Based on that, we could probably conclude they'll approve this merger simply b/c they were so hard on JDSU/ETEK and turned down Sprint/MCI. Sort of like the logic behind whose bags get scrutinized at the airport. I imagine there's a bulletin board in the employee lounge that changes daily, "Today it's everyone wearing brown loafers . . ." Pat
